Wonderful
At 1 am three days before we were scheduled to leave on the Euphoria we were stranded by them. They cancelled our tour because their were two few people reserved so they just cancelled. Along came Ondina to the rescue. They made special arrangements for us to join them at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help accommodate the four of us. Fede the cruise director helped us with flight arrangement when we were left with no internet. He truly is wonderful at his job. The diving was spectacular and the dive sites were well planed. There is a bit of current but with the help of the dive guides this was manageable. The boat was clean and well attended to . The food was always good and plenty of selection. The crew was kind and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure your comfort. I would highly recommend this boat for your diving adventure. We will for certain be returning one day soon. Thank you to the entire crew of the Ondina.

Awesome crew that enabled a fabulous dive trip
Great people who really look after the divers and are flexible to support their needs whether you want one to one support, to dive for longer than the standard 60 minutes, to explore with your buddy etc. Divers are organised into very small groups with dive masters who are excellent and will go at a pace that suits you which makes for a great experience. Other crew are similarly very helpful, looking after your dive gear, cooking meals to order if you weren't keen on the menu etc. The price point of this boat is quite a bit lower than some others that appeared to provide a more luxurious service...in my view it wouldn't be worth the extra money, we saw some of these 'expensive boats' and in future will completely avoid them as all we saw was very large dive groups that were extremely disruptive under water. Other divers on the same trip agreed with us, some were returning to the Ondina for the second or third time due to the more personalised service. However, Ondina team.....you need to fix the leaks....getting drenched in bed in the middle of the night when it rained is not what divers pay a lot of money for....please do a bit of maintenance as this is letting you down.

Ondina was fabulous
Obviously the underwater stuff is stunning but above water we had side trips to the Papuan villages, the birds of paradise, Wayag as unexpected extras. Ondina has a beautiful wooden interior and is very comfortable. I felt the leadership and crew cared that you had an enjoyable and memorable experience; I did.

not as good as we imagined
The boat is comfortable enough, aesthetically beautiful, the crew and the guides do everything possible to make the trip a very good experience. The problem is that the expectations we had in this area were very high and have not been met, the reefs are very well preserved but there is not the amount of fish that you would expect from such a remote area. The route of the ship is excessively long, which means that there are several days with few possibilities to do more than two dives, in other cases all the dives of the same day have been done in the same place. What also seems out of place is that the Nitrox is not included in the price of the trip, as well as the payment of port berths and other expenses that make the final price paid too high.

A very nice way to explore the seas around Komodo
South of Komodo makes its demands on those diving there. The water is chill (down to 22C), the visibility is so-so. And the current is strong. But this hardship also offers its rewards with great wildlife in stunning scenery. Manta Alley in the south of Komodo is aptly named diving spot. Schools of these majestic creatures danced for us for hours. The local crew and the diving staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This live aboard is highly recommended for eager divers with already a few dives logged. A perfect 5/7 on the Sullivan scale. That being said, I would not bring a non-diving partner with me on this boat as it is a boat and itennery designed for diving. The luxury elements of a floating spa is somewhat lacking:).
