At 29m in length, the Royal Fortuna phinisi was designed to access places that larger boats cannot visit to offer fantastic adventure cruises in Indonesia. Catering to just 11 guests onboard, Royal Fortuna liveaboard has 5 cabins spread over 2 decks. Cabins are spacious, modern and bright with storage space, fan and shared bathrooms. The main deck is the hub of the boat, with a large indoor dining room and alfresco panoramic dining area. The perfect place to enjoy delicious Indonesian cuisine whilst taking in the stunning views. There is also a sundeck with loungers for relaxing in between activities.
The Royal Fortuna phinisi offers exciting itineraries which are 3, 4 or 5-days long and explore the best areas of Flores and Komodo National Park. All kinds of activities are on offer, from trekking with Komodo Dragons at Rinca, hiking to stunning viewpoints and even yoga. Diving packages are also available on request, to offer the best of both worlds of Komodo. Sensational trip
Everything about this trip was well organised and good quality. We had great snorkelling and hiking. Highlights would be everything but definitely Padar island and absolutely swimming with mana rays. The pace was great, not too busy, not too quiet. Cabins and beds very comfortable and bathrooms better than we would expect on a boat. Great areas for relaxing too. Amazing food - every meal different, fresh and very tasty (thanks Daisy). All the staff very helpful, happy and polite. Irwans English was very good. He was great at explaining the days plans, interpreting with local people and answering any questions about Flores life in general.
