O Saudi Explorer é um dos poucos liveaboards de mergulho que operam ao longo da costa do Mar Vermelho da Arábia Saudita.Construído em 2019 e acomodando um máximo de 20 passageiros em 10 cabines duplas, todas com instalações privativas e ar condicionado. Há a opção de escolher entre dois tipos de cama, de casal ou de solteiro e todas as cabines estão localizadas no convés principal ou no superior, proporcionando vistas externas. Há um salão interior para jantar e relaxar, com uma TV e um bar. O solário é espaçoso, com assentos confortáveis e espaço para aproveitar o sol da Arábia Saudita. No convés principal, você encontrará um grande deck de mergulho onde os mergulhadores podem armazenar seus equipamentos e se preparar para entrar na água nos locais de mergulho.
O Mar Vermelho oferece aos mergulhadores muitas oportunidades para visitar incríveis pontos de mergulho, e o liveaboard Saudi Explorer cobre os principais pontos de mergulho na propícia Arábia Saudita. Estão disponíveis itinerários com visitas os recifes de Yanbu (Sete Recifes), Rabigh (Cinco Irmãs) e Al Lith (Farasan). Os recifes e a vida marinha da Arábia Saudita são verdadeiramente incríveis e, com menos liveaboards operando na região, é fácil evitar as multidões.

Diving in Saudi was very beautiful with red, purple and orange anemones and playful clown fish. Many caves and tunnels to explore and dive masters were knowledgeable, briefings were informative and safety was a priority

Uncrowded Red Sea diving
Diving the Red Sea without any other boat around is what you get when diving Saudi Arabia. The reefs look healthy though bleaching was visible on some hard corals. The visibility was good on every dive. The water was warm at the end of December and pretty calm. Sturdy boat with good Egyptian food onboard. There were two dive guides onboard, they are in the water to try and find animals, not to look after you underwater.

All in all lovely Experience
Farsan Banks is an amazing trip. Guides do their best to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the dives based on their experience level. We’d be the only boats on the site. Hammers, reef sharks and dolphins! The organization from JED to the port could be better. Some people waited 3 hours without notice. Also no net because its quite remote you don’t see any land.
