Diving with Manta Queen Fleet
Khao Lak Scuba Adventures and the Manta Queen Fleet in Thailand offer various options ranging from fun dives on the liveaboard trips to full certification for beginners up to the instructor level. Khao Lak liveaboard trips range from 3 to 5 days long, with up to 19 dives available in the Andaman Sea. Dive groups are kept small, to a maximum of 4 per guide, to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone above and below the water. All meals, snacks, drinking water, tea, and coffee are included in the price, as well as free transfers within the Khao Lak area.
Manta Queen Fleet Liveaboards & Locations
Based in Khao Lak, the Manta Queen Fleet has a choice of liveaboards to explore the Andaman Sea, as well as the option to leave from Phuket to explore the southern Andaman National Parks between Phuket and Koh Lipe and dive sites at Hin Daeng & Hin Muang and the Phi Phi Islands. Similan liveaboard trips visit Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Surin, Richelieu Rock, and the local wrecks in the region.

Manta Queen 1
The Manta Queen 1 liveaboard departs from Khao Lak to offer 5-nights in the Similan Islands. Up to 19 dives will be available, including the chance to dive at the world-famous Richelieu Rock. Manta Queen 1 accommodates 20 guests in 10 cabins, ranging from twin bunk beds with shared bathrooms to double-bed en-suite.
Manta Queen 2
The Manta Queen 2 liveaboard explores the Northern Andaman dives site to offer 11 dives over 3 days. Dive areas include Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, and some local wrecks. There are 9 cabins, including 5 twin cabins, 3 double cabins, and one quad cabin, all with shared bathrooms, catering for 20 guests on board.
Manta Queen 3
The Manta Queen 3 liveaboard runs 4-night trips to the South Andaman Sea areas, including favorites such as Koh Haa, Koh Lipe, Hin Daeng & Hin Muang. A mix of cabin types is available, from double en-suite to quad cabins with shared bathrooms to suit varying budgets.

Manta Queen 5 accommodates 22 guests in 11 twin bunk air-conditioned cabins with 3 shared bathrooms. Itineraries are 4 nights long and explore the Southern Andaman sea and dive areas such as Koh Haa, Koh Rok, Lipe, Hin Daeng & Hin Muang, and Phi Phi Islands.
Manta Queen 6
The Manta Queen 6 caters to 14 divers in 7 air-conditioned twin cabins and offers weekly 4-night dive and snorkel trips to the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock. All meals are freshly prepared by the onboard chef and served buffet style on the open-air dining deck. A dinghy is available to take guests to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Similan Islands, where they can relax in crystal clear blue waters.
Manta Queen 7
Manta Queen 7 visits the Northern Andaman Sea for 4 nights and 15 dives. Dive at world-class sites such as Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Koh Surin, Richelieu Rock, and Boon Sung Wreck. The Manta Queen 7 accommodates 24 guests in 10 air-conditioned cabins.
Manta Queen 8
The Manta Queen 8 is the latest addition to the Manta Queen Fleet and offers dive trips to the South Andaman area, departing from Phuket. Trips depart in the early evening and include a light dinner on board. For the next 3 days, there are 4 dives a day and 1 night dive while exploring the Andaman Sea. On the last day, there are 3 dives before check-out in the late afternoon. Dive groups are kept small, with a maximum of 5 divers, and nitrox is available for an extra charge.
