The U-shaped saloon is bright and spacious, with seating for 8 persons, and is where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.

Food aboard the Amadeus combines Thai and European cuisine, including Italian-style espresso. Free Thai cooking lessons are available, and Amadeus is equipped for several activities: guests can enjoy snorkeling with fins, masks, and snorkels provided or glide over the waves on a kayak and paddleboard.
