An excellent dive vacation for serious divers
This was a really great trip - highlights included: frequent turtle sightings, great conditions of the Cayman reefs with plentiful reef fish, seeing my wife feed a stingray for the first time, pretty much every meal made by Chef Brian, and getting to meet lots of friendly advanced divers from around the country - 18 new friends! I will most certainly be back for more cruises with the Aggressor team!!

i could move in to this liveaboard
This is one liveaboard i could move in for months . The boat is wonderfully appointed with deck spaces, never feels crowded . Diving deck is also fantastic with so much space . I did 2 weeks back to back dive trips , so on 2nd one you notice more details; and I loved it even more . The crew is just an amazing, hard working group of people . So helpful and professional. The food is fresh ,plentiful , large variety and beautifully prepared. Cayman Agressor V is one liveaboard not to miss .

Excellent crew and comfortable boat
The boat was large and comfortable. I loved the covered outdoor lounge area so that I could warm up and relax between dives without being in the direct sun. And the hot showers on the dive deck are amazing. I had read reviews that the autopilot on this ship was very loud, but it was not in use during our trip, and I had no trouble sleeping through the night even though our cabin was right next to the engine room. The crew were absolutely fantastic: always smiling, safety-minded, efficient and fun at the same time. They made us feel welcome and at home and provided 5 star service. And chef Kris prepared amazing vegan food that would rival any boutique restaurant in NYC or San Francisco (even some of the carnivore divers tried our vegan entrees and were blown away). The diving was easy with only mild current at times and lots of wrecks and swim-throughs to make each dive different.

A fun experience
1. Night Dives and Tarpon Alley were particularly good dives. I was disappointed in the tiny room I had to share. I must have missed the fact that I was in a semi-bunk situation with the room being much smaller than the other rooms on the floor of which I paid full price. Did not have the storage capacity and overall space of the other rooms. I know the crew has a lot to do, but if they are that overworked, then maybe there needs to be more staff. There were times when I was suiting up that there were no crew members looking to see if anyone needed help. They knew there were a couple of divers who needed to have their tank taken to the jump off point and they were great about that, but if anyone else needed a crew member for assistance they were at times hard to find. Also, it seemed some of the guides took off before everyone was in the water. I know you were not required to follow a guide, and that is great. But if you were the last in the water and wanted to follow a guide, there were times when they were hard to find. At times we seem to be rushing during the dive. At this point, I am not sure if I would do the Cayman Aggressor again even it could go to Little Cayman and Cayman Brac which we missed due to weather. Overall, the dive trip was satisfactory, but not the experience I had hoped for.
