As good a trip as possible after a cyclone!
Shark and wreck dives were wonderful. This trip occurred just after a class 2 cyclone passed through the area. The reef was pretty beaten up, staghorn coral broken, lots of damaged reef noted, not much fish activity (no fault of the liveaboard). Reece and George worked hard to find the best diving conditions for us, the rest o the crew (Vincent, Eddie, Bob?(the chef) were excellent. The boat is old and could use some refurbishing/upgrading but the staff were exceptional.

Itinerary was not as advertised
Itinerary mentioned a long trip with extensive coverage of Fijian dive sites. Instead we made a short trip to Kadavu Island and stayed there for the entirety of the trip. I understand that this was due to the cyclone that destroyed a lot of sites. This was not clearly communicated when booking. Dive sites were barren with no to little fish life. We were lucky on the last day to come across a pair of humpbacks that made the trip somewhat worthwhile.

Top dive sites, dive guides and a stream of never ending food!
Great Dive sites; especially Ningali Pass.. lots of circling Grey Reef sharks! Huge schools of Jack and Barracuda and a big friendly Potato cod :) Quality DM's (Richard and Rhys where both attentive, professional and had a good sense of humor!) Safety was of the upmost priority Food was high quality and there was plenty of it!! Nothing was too much of a hassle for the crew and they were always happy to assist.
