Dive the Similan Islands in comfort aboard the Amapon liveaboard. There is a choice of 3 cabin-styles to suit all budgets. All cabins feature AC, fan, reading light, charging ports and storage space, and the Comfort and Master cabins have private en-suite bathrooms and the standard cabins have shared bathrooms. All cabins are located on the main deck, giving a bright and airy space. The large upper deck is the hub of the boat, from the spacious open dining room where delicious Thai cuisine is served to the outdoor lounge, there is ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The Amapon liveaboard explores some of the best dive sites in the Andaman Sea. Up to 4 dives per day are available let by experienced dive guides and visit the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock and Surin for the chance to get up close with whale sharks, leopard sharks, manta rays, turtles and seahorses. The large dive deck has ample space for kitting up and gear storage, with a wide dive platform for easy access into the sea.

Highlight of the trip was definitely the dive guides, biggest shoutout to Dirk and Oli, thank you so much for a very relaxed and safe diving-island experience. This was my very first liveaboard experience and thank you Sea Turtle Divers and Amapon to make this even more memorable. We spent the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner on the boat and it was great. The cabin has just enough space to sleep conformably and the traditional Thai decor makes it stand out among other commercial dive boats, Amapon is cozy and has its own character. Dirk is a very experienced diving professional, he took the time to teach me how to control my breath underwater, I was able to spend 20 more minutes (!) underwater with the techniques he shared. If you are looking for a liveabord experience, I would recommended Amapon.
