The Red Dhow Oman is an authentic Arabic liveaboard offering dive trips in the Musandam Peninsular. Catering to just 14 passengers, she has accommodations in 8 traditional cabins. 6 standard cabins share 3 bathrooms, and 2 cabins have private ensuite bathrooms. All cabins feature twin bunk beds, power points, reading lights and air-conditioning. The indoor salon is air-conditioned with comfy sofas. On the upper deck is the al-fresco dining area with enough room for all guests to enjoy the freshly prepared local and international cuisine. Meals are served buffets-stye, and tea, coffee and drinking water are available complimentary throughout the day. There are also comfy sun-loungers available for relaxing in between dives.
The Red Dhow liveaboard allows divers to explore the more remote areas of the Musandam Peninsular. Sailing from Dibba, the Red Dhow takes divers on a 6-night itinerary to see whale sharks, leopard sharks, mola-mola, turtles, eagle rays and schooling Jacks. Stunning drop-offs and pristine reefs make for spectacular diving. On board is a spacious dive deck with ample room for kitting up, and a large dive platform to make getting in and out of the water easy.

Good quality at a reasonable price.
Very friendly and experienced crew and divemaster, good food, very well organized dives. A fast boat bringing you to dive sites in a few minutes. A bit low water transparency, but plenty of fish, turtles and other sea creatures. It was a very pleasant diving vacation.
